At the end of this process, we provide a diagnostic report that help you better understand your company’s legal needs and provides guidance on how to prioritize your legal needs. The Process

During this phase, we ask you to fill out a form that tells us a little bit more about your business. We’re interested in finding out about what you believe will be the essential operations of your business, the key performance drivers, and your plan for execution.

This could include things like a slide deck, business plan, or any other materials you think would be helpful for us to get to know your business better.

Once we've had a chance to review your materials and the information you've provided, we'll schedule an initial, virtual consultation. During this meeting, we'll dive deep into your business, discussing your goals, challenges, and potential legal needs.

Following our consultation, we'll put together a diagnostic report. This report outlines our recommendations for the initial legal services I believe would best suit your needs. It's a roadmap of sorts, designed to guide us as we move forward together.

Finally, we'll schedule another consultation to discuss the diagnostic report and the best approach to moving forward with your business. We'll work together to develop a plan that ensures your business is on the right legal footing and positioned for success.
